Hi. Thanks for strolling by. I'm Amanda: an introvert and writer. I like to talk about faith, hope, and recovery.

I'm also a nurse practitioner, specializing in Integrative Mental Health, and practicing at the nationally-renowned Lindner Center of HOPE in Mason, Ohio. I'm pretty proud to work at this place.

I'm also working my way toward a PhD from Saybrook University. I'm studying Integrative Mental Health, Functional Nutrition, Mind-Body Medicine, and Psychophysiology.

I'd love for you to take some time to look around. Peruse, glance, ponder. If you like what you see, or if you don't see something you'd like to see, I'd love to hear from you!
